How much will it cost to ship my purchase in Australia?

révilo offer free shipping on all orders up to 20kg anywhere in Australia.

When will my item be shipped and how long will it be until I recieve it?

All items are shipped with-in 24 hours Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays), please allow 2-5 working days in Australia for your order to arrive. International orders will vary depending on location. 

Are there any other charges I need to pay once my order arrives?

In Australia no other charges need to be paid, International orders may be subjected to local taxes and charges, please check with local authorities.

What should I do if my order does not arrive?

If your order fails to arrive after 7 working days please send us an email at info@revilocosmetics.com and we'll track the item for you.

What happens if my order is damaged when it is delivered?

If for any reason your order is damaged during transit please email us and we will be glad to replace the item for you. 

What happens if I have recieved the wrong item in my order?

If an item is sent to you incorrectly we will be happy to send you the correct item at no charge. 

Where do I put in a different delivery address if it's a gift for another person?

At "Check Out" you have the option to send the items to another person or address, simply uncheck the box marked "Ship items to the above address". Fill in the information to the right of the screen to where you would like the items shipped to.
