How can I find out the ingredients of a in product?

Ingredient lists can be found on the website (under the items description), packaging and on the product itself. All révilo product labelling meets both Australian & European standards.

Why do you use soy wax in your candles?

Soy wax has many advantages in making candles, it is 100% natural, biodegradable, Free of Petroleum, Paraffin, Pesticides, Herbicides or any other toxic material. It also burns much cleaner than other waxes.

Why do some candles smell stronger than others?

The reason different candles in our range have a stronger scent "throw" than others is simply because some scents are stronger than others. All révilo candles should fill an avergage size room with a "natural" and real scent.

What should I do if I have an adverse reaction to one of your products?

It is highly unlikely this would occur but in an event it should, please stop using the product and email us at info@revilocosmetics.com

Do you test your products on animals?

révilo does not and will not test any of our products on animals.


Is it safe to use révilo products if I'm pregnant?

Most of our products contain natural essential oils and to the best of our knowledge they may be used during pregnancy.Please check on the product descripton for more details. We would advise you to discuss your personal circumstances with a qualified medical practitioner if you have any concerns prior to using a product containing essential oils.

My order is a gift, can you gift wrap it and send it to someone on my behalf?

Yes, If it's a gift or for yourself, all our products are luxuriously wrapped in our classic black boxes and finished with révilo signature ribbon. 

How do I tell you what i would like written on the card? 

Once you decide on the items you wish to order, select "BUY NOW",  you will have the option under "Special Instructions". Tell us who its to and simply write what you would like to say (limilted to 25 words or less) in the "Special Instructions" area.

Where do I put in the delivery address for the person its going to?

At check out you have the option to send your order to another address, simply uncheck the box marked "Ship items to the above address" and fill in the information on the right hand side, this is the address we will ship to.

Do you share my information with anyone else? 

révilo does not share your information with any third party for any reason.

I have a révilo promotional code but it does not work?

From time to time révilo releases promotional codes for various reason, if your code no longer works it may be for one of the following reasons; you may have entered it incorrectly or the code is no longer valid (révilo reserves the right to remove codes without notice).



Do you store credit card details?

No, we do not store nor can we see your credit card details when you shop on line with révilo. All credit card numbers are "masked" and cannot be seen.

Is your website secure?

Yes, we use a secure web broswer for all online shopping purchases.

When you proceed to the "Check Out" area you will notice a small padlock at the top of the screen with the heading "you are using a secure server"
